

Product Introduction
Zinc-clad steel grounding products are designed to extend the service life of grounding systems. Zinc is used as the covering metal, pressed onto low-carbon steel using a special continuous casting manufacturing process to produce a bimetallic composite material. Its corrosion resistance is 7 times that of traditional grounding material steel, and its good plasticity ensures that the zinc layer will not peel off during construction and application, improving construction efficiency.
Product Features
1. Zinc-clad steel composite grounding material uses low-carbon steel as the core, possessing the strength and thermal stability of steel, ensuring the grounding current discharge function.
2. Zinc, as the covering metal, has 25 times the conductivity of steel, resulting in superior conductivity.
3. Using zinc as the surface material provides strong corrosion resistance, extending the material's service life.
4. When the zinc layer thickness reaches 3mm or more, it can be used as a sacrificial anode to protect grounding grids, underground metal structures, and related steel equipment.
5. Zinc has explosion-proof properties and does not produce sparks during construction.
Application Areas
1. The product is suitable for moist soil, saline-alkali soil, acidic soil, and special environments where electrochemical corrosive media are generated.
2. The product is widely used in grounding and cathodic protection.
