Product Introduction
XCL High-Precision New Material Resistance Reduction Agent Product Series is a new type of special resistance reduction material developed by our company over many years. This material differs from common powdered grounding products on the market. This product has significant characteristics such as being non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, and pollution-free, meeting national environmental standards. Physical resistance reduction is mainly used in grounding environments with high soil resistivity, primarily by wrapping horizontal grounding electrodes; the slow-release agent is mainly used in auxiliary resistance reduction of ion grounding electrodes; the adhesive is a special resistance reduction material for high-precision new material products.
Application Scope: Suitable for grounding networks of power plants and substations, pole and tower grounding of power and communication lines, lightning protection and anti-interference grounding of various weak current equipment, grounding of oil depots, explosives depots, and other flammable and explosive material storage and production sites. Suitable for areas with poor soil conditions and high sand and gravel content.

1. High Efficiency in Resistance Reduction
The REX resistance reducing agent product series has excellent diffusion and penetration properties, effectively reducing the soil resistivity around the grounding electrode. However, the stability and long-term performance of the resistance reducing agent are relatively poor, mainly because it is easily washed away by rainwater. Generally, chemical resistance reducing agents have better diffusion and penetration properties than other forms of resistance reducing agents.
2. Good Water Absorption and Retention Properties
The conductivity of soil is related not only to the metal ions in the soil but also to the soil moisture content. The REX resistance reducing agent product series has strong water absorption and retention properties. After absorbing water, it expands in volume and can retain sufficient moisture, keeping the grounding resistance stable and unaffected by climate.
3. Conductivity Stability
The REX resistance-reducing agent product series contains conductive materials mixed in physically hydrogelatinous silicate materials. After burial, it solidifies into a solid substance, preventing erosion by water and soil. Its conductivity is also unaffected by high or low temperatures, humidity, and environmental media.
4. Increased Effective Cross-Section of Grounding Electrode
The use of the REX resistance-reducing agent product series can effectively increase the effective cross-section of the grounding electrode. After solidification, it tightly wraps around the metal grounding electrode, preventing corrosion from corrosive gases, acids, alkalis, salts, and other media, protecting the grounding electrode, and extending the life of the grounding grid.
