Copper-clad Steel Ground Rod

Copper-clad steel grounding rods are manufactured by our company using a horizontal continuous casting process to uniformly coat a low-carbon steel core with 99.9% pure copper, ensuring complete molecular bonding between the copper and the steel core.
Copper-clad steel grounding rods feature a thick copper layer (over 0.8 mm), excellent adhesion, and non-peeling properties (can be rolled into threads). Their advantages include high tensile strength (up to 600 N/mm²), strong corrosion resistance (guaranteeing a service life of over 40 years), consistently low electrical resistance, and good ductility, possessing properties equivalent to copper while also exhibiting the characteristics of steel. When deeply buried underground, copper-clad steel grounding rods offer extremely strong protection against both natural corrosion and electrochemical reactions. The grounding rod and grounding wire are bonded using exothermic welding powder produced by our company, ensuring the grounding device is completely protected by copper, making it a truly maintenance-free grounding device.
