The human body electrostatic discharge alarm is an instrument suitable for the release of static electricity from the human body in flammable, explosive, and anti-static environments. Its features include a rationally designed electrostatic discharge resistance, effectively controlling the release of static electricity, extending the release time, and reducing the instantaneous energy released, ensuring safe release of static electricity. It can also detect the reliability of contact between the human body and the electrostatic discharge contact ball, and provides an audio alarm to indicate whether the static electricity elimination is complete.

Article 14.3.13 stipulates: Because people commonly wear synthetic fabric clothing, which easily generates static electricity, it often accumulates on the human body. To prevent sparks that may be generated by static electricity, devices to eliminate static electricity from the human body should be installed on the handrails or entrances to light oil pump rooms, the tops of light oil tanks, operating platforms in light oil work areas, and explosion-hazardous areas. These devices are made of metal tubing, and people should touch the handrail to eliminate static electricity before entering these areas.

The human body static electricity release alarm overcomes the shortcomings of current methods of discharging static electricity from the human body. Sleep State
When a person is not in contact with the touch ball, the human body electrostatic discharge alarm is in sleep state; the buzzer does not sound and the status indicator light is off.
Alarm State
When a person reliably contacts the touch ball, the human body electrostatic discharge alarm senses the person, enters voice alarm state, the buzzer sounds, and the red light flashes.
Human body static electricity is being discharged; please do not leave!
Normal State
When a person reliably contacts the touch ball, the voice prompt ends, the green light flashes, and the system enters normal state. Static electricity discharge is complete; it is safe to enter hazardous areas for work.
Grounding Alarm Status
When the grounding resistance is 55 ohms, the human body electrostatic discharge alarm is in grounding alarm status, the buzzer sounds, and the yellow light flashes.

Product Installation and Usage Precautions
1. The installation of the human body electrostatic discharge alarm must comply with the relevant requirements of GB3836.15-2010 Explosive Atmospheres Part 15: Electrical Installations in Hazardous Locations, Clause 12.2.5.1.
2. Users should not modify the components of this product themselves. They should work with the product manufacturer to resolve any malfunctions that occur during operation to prevent damage.
3. The installation, use, and maintenance of the product should be carried out in accordance with the product manual.
4. If the product fails to work properly, the explosion-proof touch ball needs to be replaced.
5. Grounding alarm for 5 minutes will automatically enter sleep mode. Please check the grounding wire; contacting the explosion-proof touch bulb will immediately wake it up.
Equipment Maintenance
1. Keep the equipment clean and regularly clean dust and oil from the explosion-proof touch bulb to prevent a decrease in its sensing sensitivity.
2. Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment, checking whether the grounding bolts and other accessories of the grounding wire are loose to avoid poor contact.
